- Generated Audio: The audio files generated from your Input Text ("Generated Audio").
- Voice Selection & Parameters: Information about the voices, languages, and other parameters (like speed, pitch) you select for TTS generation.

2.3. Usage Data (Automatically Collected)
- Log and Usage Data: Information automatically collected when you access or use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and the dates and times of access.
- API Usage Data: If you use our API, we collect information about your API calls, such as API key usage, request frequency, error rates, and data volume processed.

- We DO NOT use your Input Text or Generated Audio to train our models. Your data is processed only for the purpose of generating the requested audio output and is not used for any model training or improvement.

- To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- To send you marketing and promotional communications (you can opt-out at any time).

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we collect in the following circumstances:

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
Measures include encryption of data at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.
6. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
- Account Information: Retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Input Text: Input Text is processed transiently and is stored encrypted in our database and deleted upon account deletion.
- Generated Audio: Generated Audio is made available for download for 24 hours via your account and then automatically deleted. (Excepted for paid shared links)
- Usage Data: May be retained for longer periods for internal analysis purposes, generally in an aggregated or anonymized form.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see Section 10).
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., if you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or California), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
